Wife Forcibly Left Matrimonial House

I am a 35 year old man, working in Chennai. I am married to a Muslim girl and have one baby boy. my wife often leave me alone in Chennai and stay with her family in Assam complaining against me with simple reasons such as I am not talking to her etc. Her parents supports her a lot and blame me always for everything. This time without my permission her father came along with his friend and forcibly took her back to Assam. Few months back same thing was happend but she returned again after a discussion with me and my family. I am fade up of the same situations every time and like to end up this relationship. I was married under the act of Muslim law, by Kazi.. No court registration was done. Please suggest how to proceed a legal action and get divorce.
