Nothing can be done now from sister's side as she settled the matter through partition deed. Even if she files request in court, it will not be entertained and will be rejected by the court. So no worries.

Hi, As she made no objections when the partition deed was registered, she has no grounds to claim her share of the property now. If she does institute legal action, you can file a complaint with the police under S.209 IPC for making false claims, your mother and you are the lawful owners of your shares. Since the matter has been settled finally it will normally be possible to ask for the share forgiven and relinquished once. No court will interfere in the matter. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Sir, Let your sister go to the Court and she has to wait 5-6 years to get the result and ultimately her suit may be dismissed on the ground of giving up her share earlier. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
