My family consists of two sisters and one brother excluding me and all of us have got married except my one sister. After that my sister took the baby of my sister's, who is the daughter of my father from my second wife. The baby was under my not married sister but the problem is the baby's father didn't give any certificate as I have given my child as adoption to my not married sister. Now the thing, my sister died. My sister has two property and some of the jewels and cash in the bank, I want to know how to recover those jewels and cash from the bank and also I want to know who does the property will go as the baby took by my sister doesn't have any documents relating my not married sister as her mother in any of the documents. Can, I gain some part of my sister's property as the baby took by my sister doesn't have any legal document relating them.

Deepak , if other two sister support you that you have given your child to your unmarried sister then you prove your childc2ss adopted by your unmarried sister and all her properties both Moveable and Immovable your child will inherit.
