Advice On Property Litigation Issue

On our property litigation case, our lawyer sent notices to 5 members(father+4 sons) in the opposite party family (only 1 of the 5 troubling us and other 4 not involved). The Lawyer notice also only that one guy accepted and remaining were quiet. Now he agreed for some money settlement, so with his one signature if court gives us Degree on that property will that be enough. So once court passes degree and issue permanent injection to us with above one guys consent, Is there any chance of any one in remaining 4(who did not enter into the case by accepting lawyer notice) interfere again in future and start a litigation again. Please suggest if we can go ahead with settlement with that one guy and get permanent injection. Will there be any other troubles we will be facing after this.
