The house which was there was divided between 2 brothers. It was decided that we would live on the 1st floor and the second brother on the ground floor. The construction of the house is in such a way that it can not be divided. It's also mentioned by the court that land will be divided between brothers only when the building gets collapse by itself.Also, It was written by the court that if any maintenance or rent is to be imposed, then it should be done with mutual consent from both sides. But in the covid situation, my uncle sold the house (ground floor) without our concern. I am very emotionally attached to the house and don’t want to demolish my grandfather's house. Even I requested the third person and uncle to sell within the family as we are capable of buying it. But due to his mind, he sold willingly to an Unknown third person without our knowledge and we got to know this after a year. Even they are not maintaining the ground floors, as its threat of life for my parents. SUPPORT

not adhering court order is easy. make a complaint for same. But how a part can be sold without your knowledge because somebody will see it and then buy it. Approach that 3rd person also.
