We want to purchase an agricultural land around Bangalore in karnataka for use of farming. We will be group of 5 IT people non farmers to purchase the land. Are there any restrictions for us as an individual. Also is it advisable/Benificial to form an organization/company for farming and then purchase a land on organization name? Let us know legal opinion for the same
