Article 137 For Probate Cancellation

Probate was granted by honourable ADJ on Nov 1st 2018 but the letter of probate was issued by the concerned court after 1.5 years i.e. on May 10th 2020. So my query is that as per article 137 time limitation for cancellation of probate would start from which date. Thanks
