Builder Denying/delaying Possession

Hello Sir IF the builder has not completed his work as decided at the timing if purchasing the flat you are not liable to pay any maintenance, also you havent taken possession of the property from the builder, therefore you are not supposed to pay the maintenance until the builder hand over the flat. Also you could file a complaint against the builder in the consumer court or RERA court and seeking compensation for the delaying in giving the possession of flat. Thanks.
