I have come to know by friend that one family wanted to sell their chawl room due to an emergency. The room is in little high price and room survey is already done and hutment id also received via sms. he said that he will transfer light meter and do agrrement notary etc so in some years I will elegible for SRA flat aginst this HUT. Kindly suggest me should I buy this room and what documents need to eligible SRA in future and inquire should I do
