One of my friend, Arav, owns a big shop, He wants to give it on rent to a person named Shankar, But all of us know that it's very difficult to get the property back, That's why, Arav discovered a way to solve this problem for himself. Shankar owns a business registered at other address. Arav owns a commission based business at his shop. Arav decided to take goods of shankar's business&put the goods in his shop/showroom[he'll not buy the goods, he'll take goods, to store, in his shop for few months & sell on behalf of Shankar &get1%comission in return from shankar] Now, Arav's saying that he'll hire shankar as an employee in his shop as salesman/employee in documents with 6 year contract agreement of job. Q1.Do you think-shankar as an employee can occupy[kabja]the shop &he'll not return it back to arav at/after the maturity date of job agreement? Q2.
