Dear Sir, If there is no agreement between the parties then it is very difficult to get back the possession of the premises. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Your proposition does not fall within the meaning of a Tenant because the person You are putting in possession will not be Your tenant because it would be a relationship of Principal and Agent. He will not be an employee directly but will follow Your instructions. This way your Agreement Will describe him as Your organ for business. In fact will never deliver him the physical possession of the premises but simply to sit and take care of your material for you. The Agreement will take Care of your interest. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, 1. No, it is unlikely. If Arav is the landowner, he can have Shankar forcefully evicted by obtaining a Court order. 2. The terms of the arrangement will have to be drafted in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
