Can Execution Date Of Power Of Attorney Be After Registration Date -2

I see no option to edit the query so let me add context. The question boils down to if a power of attorney can be registered before date of execution. It is so obviously a typo in the document since stamps, signatures are all 21st Sep while doc says "executed on 21st October". A cursory glance of registration act tells me that registration is done on or after execution. SO the exact query is "Can a power of attorney be registered before execution" but then I am not a lawyer And how does one rectify a minor discrepancy in this case assuming the POA becomes invalid?
