Can We Claim Any Share On Grandfather's Self Acquired Property.

My grandfather has self-acquired house property in which only my family( me, my parents, and my elder brother) is living for 32 years. My father is taking care of all the bills, taxes, and maintenance since then. Due to some damage in the past, my father also made some reconstruction there with his own. Now, my grandfather wants to sell this house without our consent. is there any way we can stop him or claim our ownership or share. My father has two younger brothers and three sisters also. They are all living somewhere else.
