Asked in Property
Hi, Condonation of delay is usually applied for the delay in filing suits or applications in the courts in India. It means the act of condoning the delay in filing an appeal or application by the respective courts. You can file a first appeal before the Appellate Assistant Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of an order of assessment and then if you are not satisfied by their verdict you can approach the HC under Writ Jurisdiction.
