Hi, You can approach the consumer forum and file a consumer complaint against the builder for: 1. Delayed possession 2. Arbitrarily increasing and adding extra charges 3. And seek compensation from the builder Now, you can either go for total refund of money paid along with interest or you can seek possession of the flat with due compensation for delay.
