My neighbor is extending his compound wall and entering into my property. the space is under my father's name, but my neighbor is a doctor and bit famous in my town, so no one help us regarding to resolve this issue. kindly suggests what actions need to take.

First issue legal notice. also you can take injunction order to stop any construction.

Hi, you can file a civil suit of encroaching of private property. Section 441 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 encroachment is when someone enters into or upon property in possession of another person.
