Hi, you can file a civil suit of encroaching of private property. Section 441 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 encroachment is when someone enters into or upon property in possession of another person. Please send a legal notice to the other party and also ensure that you have all the requisite documents stating that the land is in your possession. Thank you. Please feel free to contact me
