Hi, You can transfer property to an unborn child but you have to first transfer that property to a living person, who should have the possession of the property until the child is born and after the birth of the child, that property will go to him. You can make a condition in contract in such a way which gives life interest to a living person and absolute interest to unborn child in the property. Please rate my answer Thank You
