Sir, Can you please clarify me this doubt! "A" purchased agricultural land on JULY 2005 from "B"(who is a widow, her husband died in 1990 and didn't leave any Will on the property) and "B" has two sons and one daughter. During registration "B" and her two sons signed on the consent papers and the daughter's consent was not asked/required as it was before Sep 9, 2005, i.e, before the Amendment of Hindu Succession Act. So, now in 2020 can the daughter claim the right on that property, (If she has the rights then who should pay her).

Dear Sir, It is very weak case for the daughter anyhow it being a self acquired property of father she has every right to get a share but cancelling such Sale Deed and getting back her share may not happen. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

There was a right to the property left by the father but since it took place in the year 2005 and at this point of time the claim is barred by limitation. If you have some Legal and valid reason for the delay caused it can be a good cause.
