My family is Land Owner - we recently went in Development agreement with developer. However, post agreement builder stopped discussing any important issue like forming CHS matter with us. He has also appointed his own selected members as Chairman/Secretory/ Treasurer. We feel help less, not sure how to tackle this situation. As we are not against any decision he made so far but feel like he might cheat on us in future. Really appreciate any help or advise in this regards.
