1. My father's demise happened on 20.01.2006, and he died intestate. 2. Prior to my father's demise, my elder sister's marriage took place in March 1988. No other sister or brother is there. 3. My father in 2003 purchased a piece of land at Lucknow, U.P. 4. My mother's demise happened on 30.12.2014, but she died after executing will in my favour for awarding her share to me. Q - What shall be the status of claim of my sister at "2" in respect of Land at "3"

Exact nature of ownership has got to be ascertained as still it is not clear as to the land either was inherited or was self acquired by your father.
