We have two properties near Budigere cross, Mandur. Both of them are under Panchayat limits but not BBMP. But when we look at the Khatas of these, one of these says Form 11(B) and Niyama 30(7) while the other one says Form 11(B) - Niyama 28(1). 1. Is there any difference between these two Khatas. 2. How to find if the Khata is a 9-11 khata.
