DRT Auction - Sale Certificate Received But Not Other Land Documents | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

After DRT Auction of agriculture land from a Bank, I received the Sale Certificate. I need the original documents. The Bank Manager says that he does not know anything about the process. The DRT officer instructed the Consultant Law Officer of the bank to give the original land documents (including linked documents) but he is not cooperating. Says that he will not give original documents or sometimes says that he is not able to find them. Please suggest the exact process to get the original documents from Bank/DRT.

contact a local lawyer If inspite of reminders bank is not returning your original documents file an application for for getting documents before the DRT Lodge a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman in this regard
