A house was provided by MHADA to my maternal grandparents in early 1970's. Now it comes under SRA as it's been declared a slum. We have built a floor above ground one.Myself with my parents live there. Suppose if tomorrow a developer comes to rehabilitate use under SRA. Is there any way or provision by which I can claim separate house for first floor and to be treated as different?
