In the process of Plot purchase from the vendor. He gave me nill EC from the period 2004 to 16-feb-2021. Whereas vendor who registered property on his name on Dec 2020 is not reflecting in EC. When checked with vendor he is saying there is some mistake while giving application for EC. Will get you EC which will show the transaction. How it is possible to get nil EC and EC on a same survey number. Is it really a mistake or the vendor is trying to give wrong details.

You can avail an EC by visiting the respective Sub-Registrar's Office. Visit the Sub Registrar's Office (SRO) in person and collect your NEC, by giving your receipt number at the office. obtain online https://kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in/
