Entire Family Passed Away - No Will - Succession Certificate

Recently because of covid, my entire family passed away (my father, my mother and my (only) sister. I am already married and living outside India. My father, mother and sister had some bank accounts, some FD’s, locker and a house on my father’s name. There is no will present. In most of the bank accounts and FD’s, I am not the nominee. Given this situation, I understand that to close all the bank accounts and get control of funds, I need to get a succession certificate from civil court (.) and that can takes a lot of time. Is there no other way. as I am the only one left in this family, still do I need to go to court and get the succession certificate. If that’s the only way, can I submit my request to get succession certificate online as because of the current situation, it is not possible for me to travel to India.
