Hi, The owner cannot force you to vacate the premises, since the agreement is renewed, however, if he tries to do so you can file a suit against him for the same. If you find this answer helpful, please rate us.
You can not be forcefully evicted because he had made agreement in this behalf already..Now you have legal remedy to go to police if anyone use unlawful force or threat...
You have now become tenant under the New Owner and the agreement you entered with the previous owners will remain effective. Legally You cannot be evicted forcefully as you are statutory Tenant now. You can seek Legal remedy by obtaining Injunction from the Court if situation is otherwise.
