Family Property: I Am From Udupi Karnataka

My father died in 1994 and the entire property transferred to my mom, s name asper nomination given(not will). Now we have orally decided for partition in 6 parts( mom and 5 children). For registration of this partition all shares must sign or mom can sign in registrar office. My mother can sell the property without the consent of other children. I m not satisfied with this oral partition in such case what I have to do stop the registration of partition if they go court.
