Who is "They" not accepting as their daughter ? Both mother and father ? until they are alive, you dont have any right on their property. Your parents can do whatever they want with the property. If they are no more without WILL then you have equal right along with all legal heirs. You can claim it even when your parents spent a lot in your marriage and gave you lot of gold and dowry.
