Fathers Property

We three brothers have been granted letter of Administration after our fathers death for the flat standing in his name. He did not make any will. Now do we have to first transfer the flat in all the legal heirs name first or some legal heirs can execute a release deed and transfer the flat only in the name of our younger brother. We have a full proof process as our younger brother is not keeping well and we dont want our children or wife to harrass him and claim the property. Will registered release deed give full title to the flat to our younger brother. Awaiting you early reply. thank you all
