Asked in Property
Dear Sir, Since it is sub-judice as such civil Court orders are necessary to take any action. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
Hello Sir No there would be stand for B to file a case lf tresspass against B as he is currently having the legal possesion of that land. Also as sale agreement was never registered and was also time barred, B has no rights over that property and filing a case of tresspass would be of no benefit to him. There is no need for C to be scared of anything. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.
