Forcefully Taking Possession Amount To Criminal Trespass

A is the owner of the property. He made an unregistered sale agreement with B with possession of the property. But B does not execute the registered sale deed in the time limit as per the sale agreement. So A send the notice for cancelation of the sale agreement. After that C purchase the said property through a sale deed from A and took possession. Now B files the suit for specific performance against A and C and forcefully takes possession of the said property. Now suit is pending before civil court now my question is that whether C can lodge the FIR against B for offense punishable under trespass for forcefully taking the possession of said property provide me relevant case study and law
