first, the builder will ask transfer fees. second, the cash have no proof until shop is registered. Your known have to give GPA to some relative for paper work and registration on his behalf.
1. the property transaction can be completed with the help of a Power of Attorney, 2. the seller can appoint any person as his POA, 3. avoid payment in CASH

Hi, It is required to make sale deed of the property and get it registered. Deed should disclose that the property is free from encumbrances and legal disputes.
