We have a house which belongs to grandpa and till now in grandpa name. but now my dad's younger sister says she has a will in her name which was given to her by grandpa and she will not let the house for us. My dad is the only son and 1 elder and 1 younger daughter. Is there any possibility for me or my dad to proceed legally and win the case?
