You have an bearing upon the Builder to waive off the Insterest owing to the adverse circumstances beyond human control by serving a detailed legal notice. Otherwise you may approach the Consumer Court for relief. You have an additional option to approach the Banking Ombudsman complaining about the sluggish and complacent Working of State Bank of India. You may get relief from there also. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
