How Can I Make The House Seal By Government So That No One Can Reside In The House

The house in which we are residing is at my grandmother's name. My grandfather's father is still alive. He has two sons and two daughters. The eldest son was my father who recently passed away. I work in a different city so I want to take my part from the home and move to that city permanently. When I ask my uncle to sell this house and give my share to me. He is not ready to do it. I also offered that I will buy your share or he can buy mine share. But he is not agreeing to any terms. He just wants that we should walk away from this house without taking my share. The house was built with my grandfather's hard-earned money. The only mistake he did was that he bought it in his wife's name to save stamp duty. My grandfather and his two daughters are also ready to sell the house. Please suggest if what are the steps I can take so that no one resides in the property until the matter between me and my uncle is resolved i.e. he agrees to any terms specified above. Can the court or government seal house?
