How Much Will It Cost To Get My Plot Cleared From Disputes

We have a plot for more than 10 years but every time we try to construct some people come and try to claim it or some part of it. The dimension of the plot is 20x50 sqft and it is in from of our house. Earlier there have been people who have tried to harass us by creating a bad environment near our house and having people perform petty thefts at our house like stealing shoes, phones, bike petrol, etc. so that we go away from here and leave the plot alone. We have registry diversion and namantran for the plot, also we pay tax to Nagar Nigam for the same. We want to build a boundary and claim, but I am not sure how to get away with all the disputes and goons. I stay in Bangalore mos to the time, my parents stay here and I don't want any trouble when I am gone. So I need to solve it soon so that it's settled. I am not sure how much it would cost to get all clarified without visiting the court as soon as possible. Is there any resident lawyer from Ranjhi, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh?
