You can find the details of all the properties of your parents from the registrar office and also take certified copy of the documents by paying appropriate charges. Also file a police complaint of the act of theft and criminal breach of trust and can also obtain a injunction against your husband from using the stolen documents to part with the property

Such things have got to be dealt with collectively for good desired results. All the siblings should pressurise upon and ask for the documents. Meanwhile all the siblings should also approach the office of sub registrar and civil court that the documents are not misused and the original owners are not defrauded. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, You can send the legal notice to your husband to present the legal documents of the property. You can sue him for theft under Section 379 and breach of entrusted property under section 405. A wife and husband should submit their salary to their spouse to be used for mutual expenses. Legally there is no such right. No husband does not have any legal right to ask self acquired property of your parents. If you find this helpful please rate my answer. Thank you
