Asked in Property
DEAR CLIENT, PAPERS WHAT TYPES DOES A MATTER IN A SALE DEED, IF IT IS SAYING EASEMENTAL RIGHTS YOU CAN ENJOY ALL BENEFITS OR SAYING TAKING PARTITION IS BOUND BY SALE AGREEMENT AND ALWAYS THE PARTIES BOTH MIND SET AND GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF MIND MATTERS A LOT IN SALE DEED.
You need to find out from the Seller whether property owned is Joint Owners or Co Owners . Joint Owners means both Owners would have Invested the money to purchase the property. In case of Just CO Owners One of the paid full money other just joined in sale Deed like purchaser;'s Wife or Mother or etc. In most of the cases One Owner gives GPA for non availability of them during represention at the time of Transaction. Contact Me through this Forum for more information.
Hello Sir Both the co-owners enjoy equal rights in the joint sale deed. You'll be having equal rights as of the other owner. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
Dear Sir, Your question is not properly framed. If one of the owner that is co-applicant is represented by GPA then both co-applicants have similar rights. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
