Obtain a Certified Copy of the Sale Deed and get the contents of the missing Document authenticated. Ask him to get a FIR Registered against the unknown person to bring an fact on records. Indemnity Bond is a matter which has got to be used later. But deficiency of the document has got to be replinished just now. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
