It requires the consent of all the Legal heirs of the deceased to deal with the properties/Estate left by the deceased. No one alone can deal with it solely and independently Unless authorised by others in unison. Same way the Banks will not allow any one single person to deal with the security)FDRs in any manner. All the legal heirs will deal with the total Estate solely. No loopholes can be forecasted but to keep the close vigil and to get the notices served upon the Banks and registering Authority of any apprehension. If the daughters are hurried to get their share they should go for partition of the property. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
