Inheritance Of Property

We are 4 siblings (3 Brothers + 1 Sister) (Hindu) I am the concerned sister 1. My father passed away in 2002 without a will 2. My mother passed away in 2017. Status of will has not been shared by brothers with me. My queries 1. Am I eligible for inheritance from A. Fathers property B. Fathers inherited property 2. If there is a will of my mother, can it have legal sanctity on the complete property. 3. My brothers are not sharing any will/bank account details. Is there a legal provision to compel them to share the details.
