My mom inherited a land of 10 acers from my grandmother which she inherited from her father, without my concern by threating my mom brother made her sign on a stamp paper which claims that he will take 5 acres from that 10 acers of land. All this happened when I turned Major & without my signature on the stamp paper. All the land details were still on my grandmom name she had passed away in 2004. Now can I issue him a legal notice asking the transfer of land was not valid?

Yes, you can issue legal notice through advocate and also challenge such sale./transfer in court.

Hi, Yes you can issue him a legal notice and can file an application for partition. Property will be equally be divided to all legal heir. You need to prove in court that transfer is not valid. If you find it helpful, kindly rate my answer. Thank You
