Injunction Order In TPS

I have probate certificate still sub-judge passed an injunction order against me that i can't do construction in my home until disposal of title partition suit over the same property. What can i do now? Whether probate certificate has no importance?? Please advice what can i do now. It tortures my mind every day and makes me lose faith in justice.
