Asked in Property
You can get an allotment letter but sometimes subject to the terms and conditions it sans proper ownership because Allotment Letter does not form shape of a proper Sale Deed. Better it would be if you manage to get a proper Sale Deed for the excess area. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
