Is Mother's Name Relevant In Daughter's Identity Proof

Immovable Property is in my name as "S. Parvathamma" and I (the Mother) want to gift this property to my daughter. But my name on my daughter's Passport was provided as "Parvathi Rao". (Q. No.1.) Is mother's name relevant in daughter's identity proof. (Q. No.2.) If it is relevant, will the difference in the name cause a problem. Note: Incidentally, I have checked and found Aadhar is not mandatory and my daughter does not have Aadhar. So please do not answer advising Aadhar
