Dear Sir, If you are in possession you just mortgage the property or sell it out to somebody else to avoid future complications. Thereafter let them fight as their wish. They may file false cases even though they are not legally entitled. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

You legally have the right over the Your share of property. You cannot be an Owner of total undivided joint property. The property apart from Your share have got to be divided amongst other Legal heirs also. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, Your cousins cannot claim the property. If you have any siblings, however, they can claim a share as they are also your father's legal heirs. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
