Since it a ancestral property, your Grandfather cannot simply cannot deal with the land in his own way. You manage to send a detailed legal notice demanding your share in the property. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

    1. since the property is ancestral, resultantly, you along with your siblings have vested interest in the property, 2. serve them a legal notice to partition the property as per the share of the legal heir and also not to transfer the same illegally on any other person's name, 3. send copy of the legal notice to the concerned sub registrar for informative purpose, 4. if they denied you the share tr do not respond to the legal notice, file a civil suit for the partition of the land, do connect me for a detailed information,
