Actually, we have some land which was taken from others directly in my name itself. At present, my brother is asking share in it because a few years ago we divided the property into 3 parts for some legal thing. In that, I mentioned this land also, in those papers it is written as the combined property of all. My brother those papers and now claiming for its share. He is supposed to file a case on me against this, if he does like that then what should I do.
