If you are interested to file other than the place of immovable property, then you have to talk to us for such provisions. Otherwise rule is simple for jurisdiction of Court, would be the place where immovable property is situated in case of immovable property is involved in lis. As a general rule suits relating to immovable property shall be filed in the Court within the local limits of whose territorial jurisdiction the property is situate, In other words, where the property in dispute is situated.

Mr. Jigar Bharat Oza, if a family properties are there in different cities one can intitate Partition case in any city where one of the property is situated. But Only one property is situated Pune.
