If you are interested to file other than the place of immovable property, then you have to talk to us for such provisions. Otherwise rule is simple for jurisdiction of Court, would be the place where immovable property is situated in case of immovable property is involved in lis. You may go as per general rule to avoid complications.

The proposition is multi-pronged because if a single Petition is to be filed for all the properties between the same set of Parties forming one family. The Petition can be filed at any of the stations where the property is located. But otherwise the suit has to be filed where the property is situated. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
