1) A person named - Subbarao has 200 Sq yards of land , inherited from his father. 2) He has 2 daughters . Elder daughter has 2 children. Younger daughter has one child. Younger daughter died in year 1996. 3) Subbarao has written unregistered will in year 1997 and mentioned that his 200 sq yards should belong to Elder daughter only. 4) Subbarao has died in the year 2013 5) Elder daughter has done the gift registration of 200 sq yards to one of her children in the year 2015 based on the unregistered will. If we want to buy that land - is there any issue or ok based on the above sequence of events.

Dear Sir, It is under risk unless the documents are standing in the name of children on the basis of such Will. Even then somebody alleged to have interest in the property may file a false case. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
