I lost my bike from a gated community. Once I realized, raised a complaint and asked for footage, Initially, they told, cameras did not record due to Hardware issue. I asked why this information not passed on to owners. Also, they did not provide any acknowledgment to complaint I raised and reply to any of my emails. Even during calls, they just say, will investigate, It been two weeks running between them for action plan. Nothing happening from the association.

File a detailed Comments with the local Police explaining the role and conduct of the community and its office bearers. Everything will come out in the course of investigation.
