    Dear Client, Please find below the answer of your question 1) and 2) Your mother registration is still valid. Need to approach the society and make the necessary change in AGM in the share certificate. 3) In case she want the joint holder in the flat, then needs to prepare a will for the same property otherwise all the legal heir can claim the property in future. 4) No the property will not be transfer to the II owner as he is only the nominee of the flat. All the legal heirs can claim the property and file a suit in civil court for succession certificate, In case of any further advice please connect with me.

    Reply to the first question is that the Nomination is valid. You should Approach the Society for proper transfer. You can add the name of a co Owner in the title documents accordingly. There is no automatic process You have to put it in to motion for transfer.
